News > NGO SIM as a case study in a masters degree
A work group of the Master's Degree in Business Sciences from ISEG, Superior Institute of Economics and Management, drew up a strategic plan for the activities of the NGO SIM - Solidariedade Internacional a Moçambique. Identifying the strengths and weaknesses of our NGO, pointing out threats and opportunities, these ISEG masters have applied a rigorous analysis grid and made strategic proposals that will be very useful for the future programming of our interventions in the field.
The paper was presented on the 18th of May 2017, within the framework of the case studies in Strategic Management, in the chair oriented by professor Dr. Carla Curado. Congratulations to ISEG, the teacher and the students for the excellent work they are doing!
