CAPULANAS FOR WOMEN AND CHILDREN FROM MOZAMBIQUE VICTIMS OF CYCLONE IDAI
NGDO SIM initiated a fund-raising campaign to contribute to humanitarian aid to victims of the tragic disaster that struck several provinces in Mozambique. Our immediate objective is to provide capulanas to dress the women and children who lost all their goods as a result of the passage of Cyclone Idai.
The capulana is a typically African cotton fabric, useful, resistant and versatile. It can be used under different forms and for different ends, like covering the body and protecting from the sun and the wind, or carrying children and food.
With a donation of only € 3.50 we can buy a capulana and give it to those who need it!
